I would like to turn the spotlight away from landscape maintenance and snow removal for a minute. I would like to introduce to you three important ladies that run the behind the scenes at Duke’s Landscape Management. Stacey Varanelli, Accounting/Office Manager, Johanna Burrini, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Danielle Mungiello, Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Stacey joined us in 2014 as our Accountant/Office Manager. Stacey has a B.S. in Accounting and has a diversified accounting and customer service background. She has worked in auditing, general accounting and non-profit accounting. Her duties include bookkeeping, job costing, sales reports, accounts receivables and the management of all client information.
In her spare time, Stacey enjoys hiking, dancing, and mostly spending time with her husband, five children and dog. Her passion is led by her love of cheering on her children’s accomplishments.
Johanna recently joined us in the summer of 2017 as our Accounts Payable Specialist. She handles all of our accounts payable, vendor/customer relations and administrative duties.
When she is not at work, Johanna enjoys being outside with her husband, Scott, of 2 years and her three children Cael 11, Avery 8, and Kolton 5 months. Johanna loves to run and hike. She also comes from a large family and believes friendship and patience comes a little easier to people from big families. She is very passionate about her family. She even works everyday with her uncle here at Duke’s, Earl Barnes. We love hearing the stories of their family life.
Danielle also recently joined us in the fall of 2018 as our Sales and Marketing Specialist. Danielle has a B.S. in Sociology from Montclair State University. She has a strong background in the B2B and B2C industry. She enjoys building client relationships and believes it is the backbone to a successful business. Danielle works for us part-time, which affords her the opportunity to still be home with her family. Her primary responsibilities include, maintaining our social media, creating and updating marketing materials. In addition to Marketing, she also uncovers new opportunities for Duke’s Landscape Management.
Away from work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, John, of 20 years and their 3 children, Danny 13, Matthew 8 and Ava 8 and their dog Romeo. They enjoy riding bikes together on the trails near their house. She especially enjoys watching her kids play sports. In the summer, they enjoy long days spent at the beach.
