Shayne Phillips is the Branch Manager of the Northwest New Jersey region. Shayne has over 30 years experience in the green industry and specializes in employee safety and training. He has worked through out the tri-state area managing large landscape projects and maintaining high profile accounts. Part of the his job as the branch manager is walking job sites to make sure everything looks just right. Property Managers manage multiple initiatives daily and may not be onsite as often as they would like. Shayne’s expertise will ensure the client’s expectations are met as well as the contract obligations. In the landscape industry, safety of our employees is our top priority. Shayne ensures all employees are wearing the necessary PPE equipment and adhering to all the necessary safety guidelines. His proactive approach and open lines of communication with each property manager, keeps our client’s very happy. In his spare time, he enjoys camping with his wife, two children and his dog.
